Only 15 min - 5 exercises for a full body workout

Out of time? Let's fix this. You need to stay alert and strong and feel energized...at least take 15 minutes and do the following exercises whenever you know you don't have the time!!

Before you get started please make sure you warm up and stretch!!


JUMPING JACKS

SQUATS (with or without weights)

BURPEES

ALTERNATING LUNGES (with or without weights)

PUSH UPS

CRUNCHES OR SIT UPS


45 seconds of each for three rounds


Voila! Done! Accomplished...happy....stronger!
